Orange County Flood Control District
The Orange County Flood Control District has been using BAS for over 20 years. In 2019, the District hired Nadeem to teach another course on the theory and use of the Basin Analysis Software, BAS. In May of 2022, Nadeem also taught an 8-hour course, titled "Basic Hydraulic Principles for Flood Control Applications".
San Bernardino County Flood Control District
The San Bernardino County Flood Control District hired Nadeem to teach an 8-hour course in June of 2022, titled "Basic Hydraulic Principles for Flood Control Applications".
